$Good morning, did everyone have a lovely Halloween? $Good morning folks, so yesterday there were some wins and there were some fails, Fails: I decided to have a day not worrying about the house and all the jobs that needed doing and decided I’d have a go at some baking instead, I had a coffee in hand and the music on and it was all very lovely, that was until I got distracted and forgot to take the cinnamon buns out of the oven, they burnt, and then I dropped the apple cake on the floor!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ baking is not my thing!! 😏. . Wins: I did then have a little faff with the dining table and come up with this autumnal display...note to self...stick to the interiors!! Who doesn’t love finding a new place to shop for beautiful interiors and accessories! And with Christmas coming up our heads are a whizz with ideas on how to decorate our homes! . So let me introduce you to @marquisdawe I first came across them a while back when I won an amazing wire rack from them in an Insta comp (which I’m saving for the new bathroom!), I then went on to purchase some items from them including one of my fave Christmas garlands! I’ve now had the absolute pleasure of styling some of their beautiful pieces in my bedroom, which I’m so happy with! We ripped out the bathroom last week so we literally have an empty shell of a room, but we’ve not got anyone to sort the plumbing or the plastering yet so nothing is progressing there, we just don’t seem to have to the time to sit down and sort the logistics of everything at the moment! There’s so many little projects I want to do, blog posts I want to write but there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day! I don’t like to come on here to have a moan, I suppose it’s just a bit of reality, we all have moments like this don’t we?!! .
