$Good morning, happy Wednesday! There’s lots of projects that I want to get on with here at the moment but just feeling a slight lack of energy, think it’s just been a busy couple of weeks! First on the list is my daughters room as I’ve been promising her I’d get started on it for ages, first thing is to clear it and she has A LOT of ‘stuff’ to clear! girls seem to collect and hoard way more than boys! I’m feeling remarkably fresh after the first of my birthday nights out last night, (I’m not sure Ive mentioned it’s my 40th birthday next week have I!!🤣) when I say fresh I mean there’s no adult headache but I know the four hours sleep will catch up with me soon!! I had the best night though, my friends had gone to such an effort, we don’t all get together as much as we’d like too so when we do we always have the best time! . We’ve been using the @hellofreshuk app each week to select our meals, I’ve been involving the whole family especially these two cheeky faces in order for them to feel like they have more say in what they’re eating, and hopefully to encourage them to try new things! There’s loads of variety so we’ve found it really easy to pick meals that everyone is happy with, even my fussiest little eater is slowly coming round to trying a few new things which is so great to see! . Meal times have become far less manic for me as well, trying to muster something for dinner after a busy day at work etc used to really stress me out but this is just a dream, no rushing to the shops for last minute ingredients and we’re not eating the same three meals on loop! Must be the run up to me hitting 40 next week (have I mentioned I’m turning 40 next week...hmmm, maybe I have 🤣) .
